The seal is made from EPDM closed cell high density foam rubber. It is ozone resistant and provides a water and air tight seal. The acrylic based adhesive is covered with a peel-off liner that is pressure activated.
The original Spartan seal was attached with adhesive. Use the peel-off adhesive on the back of this seal to install. Make sure surface is clean and smooth. Press after application to activate adhesive.
